Dr. DeBoice has also carried out pilot studies, designed waste handling facilities for water treatment plants, conducted corrosion studies and spoken on disinfection at Water Treatment Forums and Workshops held by the California section, AWWA, throughout California and Nevada.
Dr. DeBoice has also been responsible for the design and construction of industrial water supply and wastewater disposal facilities, and has conducted waste surveys, in-plant source control programs, and studies of corrosion, scaling, and biological fouling of cooling towers, boilers, and water distribution piping. He has authored several technical publications and given presentations at numerous technical meetings and conferences.

His foundation disciplines in geology and geochemistry have been used to develop treatment technologies, provide individual customer solutions using standard industrial technologies, and as a basis for his engineering work. His specialty is in bringing his diverse experience to produce unique solutions for his clients’ problems, and being able to work and manage different personnel from different groups in a team setting.
Mr. Redding’s main work is in the areas of hazardous material and hazardous waste storage. His passion is managing these environments to help clients provide a safe environment for their workforces and the neighborhoods surrounding their facilities. To that end, he participates in and manages safety program and emergency planning and response activities for his clients. He was certified as a Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) in 2003.
Mr. Thomas has experience in the design of water supply systems. This includes:
In the course of this work, structural design of multiple foundations, industrial buildings, and tanks have been created, as well as, the analysis of others’ designs. Additionally, Mr. Thomas has engaged in systems design for handling, treatment, and various disposal methods for sewage treatment biosolids.
